Kai is a fugitive from Hell, currently on Earth, escaping the milita from both sides of Heaven and Hell. (Too bad he's almost too strong for either side) Beligerant, loud, and titanic, he captures the hearts of demon rebels who want retribution and the restructuring of demon society, but what he really wants is sanctuary.
He is being hunted by Hanji and The FATES.
